University degree in management, engineering, economics, geosciences, petroleum engineering, or other disciplines with a quantitative or technical focus
Experience, internships and/or full-time roles, in the oil and gas sector (upstream, midstream, or downstream), including exploration and production, refining, petrochemicals, fuel retail, lubricants or trading
Strong interest in the energy industry, with a particular focus on oil and gas operations, energy markets, and the energy transition; familiarity with topics such as decarbonization is a plus
Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and engage with individuals at all organizational levels
Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, results-driven team setting, demonstrating a steep learning curve and a strong commitment to coaching and development
Advanced problem-solving skills with a strong aptitude for working with numbers and quantitative models
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Tableau
Experience with modeling capability tools such as Python, R, or VBA is a plus
Availability to travel
Effective communication skills to share complex ideas in English and Dutch, both verbally and in writing
