The Global Operational Excellence team helps ASML strengthen the quality and consistency of our People Operations services. You will contribute to this mission by improving clarity and collaboration across our service landscape. In this internship, you work with a diverse and supportive team that values curiosity and continuous learning. This Business Administration | Human Resource Management internship offers hands‑on experience in process improvement and stakeholder engagement.
During this internship, you help the team improve the way we organize and deliver People Operations services. You support activities that bring structure, encourage collaboration, and help teams act on shared priorities. You also learn how to manage information flows and support stakeholder discussions.
Your key responsibilities will be:
This is a bachelor internship for minimum 6 months preferably longer, minimum 4 days per week (2 days onsite Monday and Thursday). The start date of this internship is as of August/July 2026.
To be suitable for the internship, you:
Are enrolled in a or MBO/HBO/WO program in HR, organizational studies, business administration, human resource management, office and management support, commercial economics, or a related field.
For MBO candidates, tasks and responsibilities will be adjusted accordingly while the main drivers of the internship remain the same.
Other requirements you need to meet:
You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship ;
Attach your cover letter with a clear motivation why you are interested in this internship assignment in particular;
You need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship. In case you are currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.
If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
