What to Expect
In this role you will be the dedicated point of contact for tire and energy shipments across EMEA region. You will coordinate tire shipment exports, manage performance with tire vendors, develop service levels for tire distribution, and act as the escalation point and business POC. You will also handle ad-hoc energy shipments, drive performance management and service level development, and coordinate local distribution from the 3PL warehouse. The role combines hands-on shipment coordination, vendor performance management and clear reporting to business stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate tire shipment exports end-to-end.

Own performance management with tire vendors and drive strategic improvement initiatives in support of business requirements.
- Develop and maintain service levels for tire distribution.

Serve as the main escalation point and business POC for all tire-related logistics topics.

Provide regular reporting on performance, issues, and trends to business owners.

Manage ad-hoc shipment coordination for Energy products.

Drive performance management with relevant carriers and partners.

Develop and monitor service levels for energy shipments.

Act as escalation point and primary business contact for Energy stakeholders.

Deliver clear reporting on shipment status, performance, and opportunities.

Ensure timely and accurate execution while maintaining visibility for stakeholders.

Identify and resolve operational issues in collaboration with the 3PL and internal teams.
What You'll Bring
- 2–3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation coordination, or vendor management (tire, energy, or 3PL experience is a strong advantage).

Proven ability to coordinate shipments, manage vendor performance, and develop service levels.

Strong stakeholder management skills with experience acting as business POC and escalation point.

Excellent reporting and communication skills; comfortable presenting performance data to leadership.

Good knowledge of Excel; familiarity with logistics systems or dashboards is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.

Excellent command of English (written and verbal); other languages are a plus.
