Who We're Looking For
You have at least 2 years of experience as a barber or men's hairstylist.
More importantly, you are someone who:
- Enjoys connecting with people.
- Takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
- Is eager to keep learning and improving.
- Works well within a team.
- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Values professionalism and reliability.
- Understands that customer experience is just as important as technical skill.
What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality haircuts, fades, beard trims, and styling services.
- Build strong relationships with clients.
- Provide product and styling advice.
- Participate in team training and development.
- Contribute to the positive atmosphere and culture of the shop.
