Your Role:
As a Content Creator/ Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand. You create memorable shopping experiences, support customers with styling advice, and bring energy and personality to the sales floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build genuine connections with clients
- Create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms with the social media team.
- Provide styling advice and support customers in finding their perfect look
- Drive sales through product knowledge and a customer-first mindset
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Support daily store operations, including restocking, steaming and organization
- Stay up to date with fashion trends and new collections
