UFM (Unified Faubourg Mobility) is the Group's flagship digital transformation programme, designed to replace multiple legacy fleet and mobility systems with a unified platform serving six business units across Europe (France, Germany, Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom). By consolidating business processes, data and user experiences into a single ecosystem, UFM aims to accelerate innovation, improve operational efficiency and support the future growth of the Group.
The platform is developed through small cross-functional pods operating on a shared technology foundation, allowing teams to deliver business value quickly while maintaining consistency, scalability and high product quality across all markets.
You will help industrialise initiatives that our people have already started, particularly operational tools built with AI by business teams. You will lead the enablement effort by defining the tooling, training, and guardrails required to scale these initiatives, while maintaining the tool registry. You will also identify high-potential grassroots solutions and help evolve them into fully supported product modules within the platform.
-
Stand up and run the tool registry: what exists, who built it, what data it touches
-
Define the guardrails with security: files-in / files-out off network drives is fine; core systems stay clean
-
Train and coach: bring AI tooling to operations teams and to legacy maintenance teams, where the productivity gains help fund the product pods
-
Scout promotion candidates: grassroots tool to pod backlog, working with the builder guild
-
Measure and tell the story: adoption, hours saved, tools promoted.
-
Credible with both operations people and engineers; a teacher's instinct.
-
Hands-on with AI tools yourself — you demo, you do not just talk.
-
Pragmatic on governance: enable first, control what actually matters.
-
Fluent English; another European language is a plus.
-
