AeronautX is building up its training operations in Amsterdam – and this is an opportunity to join us at an exciting stage of the journey.
As our Finance & Business Administration Specialist, you will help build the financial and administrative backbone of our Amsterdam Training Centre. You will take ownership of the day-to-day accounting and financial administration, work closely with Group Finance and external partners, and support selected business and sales administration activities. Joining us at this stage also means bringing your ideas and helping shape efficient ways of working as our Amsterdam operation grows.
Your Tasks
- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance administration, including supplier and customer invoices, expenses and other accounting documentation.
- Support accounts payable and receivable, monitor outstanding payments and perform regular reconciliations.
- Support month-end and year-end closing as well as financial and management reporting.
- Coordinate with Group Finance, external accountants, payroll providers and other financial service providers.
- Support customer invoicing, quotations, contracts, customer orders and related sales administration.
- Maintain relevant accounting, customer and CRM records.
- Support general business administration and coordinate with suppliers.
- Work closely with Finance, Sales and Training Operations.
Your Profile
- Relevant education in accounting, finance, business administration or a comparable field.
- Professional experience in accounting, bookkeeping or finance administration.
- Experience with AP/AR, invoicing and reconciliations.
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems; Exact Online is an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and confidence working independently.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- A hands-on, reliable approach and high level of integrity.
- Excellent English; Dutch and any other language is an advantage.
