Lukkien zoekt een gedreven en ervaren Project Manager / (CGI) Producer om ons toegewijde team voor Rituals te versterken. In deze rol ben je senior verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse voortgang, kwaliteit en planning van de CGI-producties die Lukkien voor Rituals uitvoert. Je werkt nauw samen met de projectmanagers van de klant, ons in-house creatieve team en technische experts om hoogwaardige CGI-producties te realiseren die naadloos aansluiten bij de verwachtingen van onze opdrachtgever. Binnen de functie behoud je overzicht, prioritering en bijsturing over meerdere parallelle producties. Binnen deze producties bewaak de kwaliteit, reviewflow en schakel je met klant en interne resources.
Wie ben jij?
Jij behoudt het overzicht en blijft kalm, zelfs onder druk. Je weet duidelijke richting te geven aan het team, waardoor de producties soepel verlopen. Met jouw helikopterview overzie je alle lopende projecten, zonder daarbij belangrijke details uit het oog te verliezen. Je bent een collega met een kritische en analytische blik, die in staat is prioriteiten te stellen, het team te motiveren en de voortgang van het productieproces te bewaken. Problemen tijdig signaleren en aanpakken? Dat is voor jou een tweede natuur.
Wat ga je doen?
Je zult verantwoordelijk zijn voor de productie van digital twins—digitale replica’s voor de virtuele wereld van producten die binnenkort in de winkels verschijnen. Je begeleidt het volledige proces, van briefing tot eindoplevering. Daarbij stuur je CGI-artists, Photoshoppers en creatieve teams aan. De voortgang bespreek je intern met de verantwoordelijke accountmanager en wekelijks met de klant.
Wat breng je mee?
- Minimaal 4 jaar relevante werkervaring als projectmanager binnen de media-industrie;

Ervaring met CGI of post-productie is een pré;

Communicatief sterk in zowel Nederlands als Engels;

Uitstekende organisatorische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden;

Resultaatgericht, met oog voor kwaliteit en deadlines;

About the role
Lukkien is seeking an experienced Project Manager / (CGI) Producer to join our dedicated team for Rituals. In this role, you will be responsible for all projects Lukkien undertakes for Rituals. You will work closely with the client’s project managers, our in-house creative team, and technical experts to deliver high-quality CGI productions that meet the expectations of our client.
Who are you?
You keep a clear overview and remain calm under pressure. You provide clear direction to the team, ensuring smooth project execution. With your helicopter view, you oversee all ongoing projects while not missing crucial details. You are a critical and analytical colleague who can prioritize, motivate the team, and monitor the production process. Identifying and addressing issues promptly? That’s second nature to you.
What will you do?
You will be responsible for producing digital twins—digital replicas for the virtual world of products set to hit the stores soon. You will manage the entire process from briefing to final delivery. This includes directing CGI artists, Photoshoppers, and creative teams. You will discuss progress internally with the responsible account manager and weekly with the client.
Who are you?

At least 4 years of relevant experience as a project manager within the media industry;

Experience with CGI or post-production is a plus;

Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English;

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills;

Results-oriented with a focus on quality and deadlines;

Team player with leadership qualities, flexible, and stress-resistant.
