We are looking for a candidates with a hands on continues improvement mindset to support our Cable Harness Manufacturing process. In this role, you will build and assemble cable harnesses based on technical drawings. You will work hands-on in a manufacturing environment and collaborate closely with designers, engineers and planners.
This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy practical work, can read technical drawings, and are comfortable working independently while providing clear feedback to the engineering team.
Build and assemble cable harnesses based on electrical and mechanical drawings
Interpret and understand technical drawings and or work instructions
Work independently on assigned cable harness assemblies
Provide clear and constructive feedback to designers regarding manufacturability and improvements
Identify and communicate issues, deviations, or improvement opportunities
