As a corporate recruiter, you contribute to the continued growth and professionalisation of recruitment within an international organisation that is constantly evolving. Together with the national recruitment team, you are responsible for filling vacancies across various locations, divisions and job families within the Netherlands: you’re on it.
How you do this? You are responsible for the entire recruitment process: from intake to hire. You work closely with hiring managers on a daily basis, conduct vacancy intake meetings, actively source candidates and guide them throughout the entire process. In doing so, you are able to balance expectations, speed and quality, while taking ownership of successfully filling the vacancies within your portfolio. Within the dynamics of an international organisation, you easily set priorities and maintain oversight, even when managing multiple vacancies and stakeholders at the same time.
Is recruitment within logistics repetitive? Absolutely not. You work on a wide variety of vacancies within our logistics operations, as well as corporate functions such as HR, finance, sales and management. No two days are the same, and that variety gives you energy. Recruitment within DSV Netherlands is also continuously evolving. That is why you are not only given the space to make strong matches, but also to actively contribute to improving processes and further professionalising recruitment. Together with your fellow recruiters and team lead, you form one recruitment team for DSV Netherlands. You work closely together, share knowledge and hold weekly discussions about vacancies, labour market developments, sourcing strategies and improvements within recruitment. Collaboration, ownership and results are at the core of everything you do. You achieve this by:
- conducting vacancy intake meetings, writing strong job descriptions and managing the full recruitment process from intake to hire;
- actively sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and other recruitment platforms;
- advising hiring managers on recruitment, labour market developments and hiring opportunities, while effectively balancing expectations, speed and quality;
- contributing to employer branding, campus recruitment and recruitment marketing to further strengthen DSV as an employer;
- identifying improvement opportunities and actively contributing to a consistent, professional and data-driven recruitment approach within DSV Netherlands.
Your team stands out within DSV by its strong collaboration, open communication and shared drive to continuously improve recruitment. Together with your fellow recruiters and the team lead, you hold weekly discussions about vacancies, sourcing strategies and developments in the labour market.

You bring
- passion for recruitment and a proactive, results-driven mindset;
- experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and high-volume recruitment;
- the ability to create structure, prioritise effectively and manage recruitment processes efficiently;
- experience with sourcing and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and other online sourcing techniques;
- strong stakeholder management skills, excellent command of Dutch and English, and a hands-on, collaborative and improvement-focused approach.
