We are currently looking for a part-time HR Business Partner to take ownership of broad HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance, while acting as a trusted advisor to managers and helping shape a positive and engaging workplace.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end HR operations: onboarding, contracts, payroll coordination, and offboarding.

Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters.

Lead recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offers.

Coordinate trainings, learning, and development initiatives together with Regional L&D.

Advise managers and employees on HR policies, performance, and conflict resolution.

Promote employee engagement and foster a positive company culture.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and update HR policies as needed.

Manage HR reporting, audits, and documentation.

Support management with workforce planning, organizational change, and HR strategy.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, HR Generalist handling broad HR Operational tasks.

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification is a plus).

Strong knowledge of employment law, HR processes, and compliance.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency with HRIS systems and MS Office (experience with payroll systems is an advantage).
