Chromalloy Holland is gevestigd in Tilburg en we zijn gespecialiseerd in de reparatie, vervaardiging en coating van vliegtuigonderdelen. We doen dit voor grote luchtvaartmaatschappijen, fabrikanten van vliegtuigmotoren en bedrijven die de revisie daarvan doen. Wij zijn het enige niet-OEM-bedrijf in de wereld dat coatings, reparaties, gietstukken, productie en revisies allemaal vanuit een enkele bron kan aanbieden. This project will create a clear and future-proof structure for all roles within our organization. Our HR team is actively supporting employee development, talent management, and organizational growth through initiatives such as the Talent Engine and career development programs. •
Your Internship Assignmen
As an HR Intern, you will play a key role in developing and implementing the Job Architecture for Chromalloy Holland. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in organizational design, job classification, workforce planning, and HR strategy. You will work closely with HR, managers, and employees throughout the organization to map, analyze, and structure all functions within the company
Your Responsibilities
Conduct interviews with managers and employees to understand current roles and responsibilities.
- Analyze existing job descriptions and organizational structures.
- Create and document job profiles and competency frameworks.
- Develop job families, career paths, and job levels.
- Support the standardization and maintenance of job descriptions.
- Benchmark roles against market standards and HR best practices.
- Present recommendations to management and HR stakeholders.
- Contribute to talent management, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
What We Are Looking For
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Sciences, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.
- Comfortable interviewing stakeholders at different organizational levels.
- Proactive, independent, and eager to learn.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint).
