</div></div></div><div><div><div><p>As member of the senior leadership team, you act as the principal legal advisor to executive management. While leading a small, globally operating Legal team in Den Bosch, you ensure that L operates in compliance with applicable global laws and regulations, effectively manages risks, and upholds high standards of ethics and governance. You work closely with cross-functional teams to structure agreements that align with business objectives while mitigating legal and compliance risks and enabling the company&rsquo;s strategic goals.</p>

<ul><li>trusted adviser to senior leadership and the executive board, with 15&ndash;20 years of work experience</li>
