About the Role
We are looking for a Warehouse Team Lead to join a growing pharmaceutical manufacturer. You'll work in a clean, modern warehouse where you'll play a key role in organising daily operations and ensuring that everything runs efficiently.
You will be responsible for maintaining an organised warehouse, coordinating the flow of incoming and outgoing goods and supporting the warehouse team. We are looking for someone who is proactive, takes initiative and enjoys improving processes.
What Will You Do?
As a Warehouse Team Lead, your responsibilities include:
- Coordinating the daily warehouse activities.
- Ensuring the warehouse remains organised, clean and efficient.
- Managing the flow of incoming and outgoing goods.
- Monitoring inventory accuracy and warehouse stock levels.
- Supporting and motivating warehouse employees during daily operations.
- Identifying bottlenecks and solving operational issues proactively.
- Ensuring orders are received, stored and shipped accurately and on time.
- Working closely with production, logistics and planning departments.
- Following all GMP, safety and quality procedures.
- Contributing ideas to improve warehouse processes and efficiency.

A Typical Workday
- Start the day with the warehouse team meeting.
- Coordinate incoming deliveries.
- Organise storage locations and warehouse layout.
- Monitor outbound shipments and order accuracy.
- Support colleagues where needed.

- Collaborate with production, logistics and planning.
- Finish the day knowing the warehouse is organised and ready for tomorrow.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a warehouse environment.
- Experience as a Warehouse Team Lead, Warehouse Supervisor or Senior Warehouse Operator is a strong advantage.
- English or Dutch speaking.
- Proactive mindset with strong organisational skills.
- Able to prioritise and work independently.
- Hands-on mentality—you enjoy working alongside your team.
- Experience with incoming and outgoing goods.
- Accurate and quality-focused.
- Leadership skills and the ability to motivate others.
- Experience with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an advantage.
Attitude matters more than a perfect CV.
