Service Support – Data Centers (m/f)
(Fulltime | 40 hours)
As a Service Support Employee, you play a key role in supporting our Data Center Service team by coordinating administrative and customer support activities for two strategic key accounts. You help ensure our service processes run smoothly and deliver an excellent customer experience.
You'll be part of a collaborative and flexible Service team, reporting to the Team Leader Service Support while working closely with Technical Specialists and the Senior Contract Manager. Together, you'll contribute to the success of our customers in the fast-growing data center market, where innovation, reliability, and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do.
Key Responsibilities
You create service tickets in the system at the request of the (sr.) Contract Manager and Technical Specialists and create ' Purchase Requests' for the purpose of supplying goods or services of third parties.
You manage the service administration, where the executed work orders are converted into invoices, warranty claims, or are booked on the VCAs (Value Care Agreements).
You process incoming invoices for service tickets
You handle customer inquiries and complaints through various channels, such as phone or email
Direct back-office support for the technical specialist (case owner) data center.
Qualifications
Secondary Vocational Education (MBO 3/4) administrative or technical direction;
Minimum of 2-5 years’ work experience;
Experience with ERP Systems (preferred);
Proficient in Dutch and English;
Technical background (being able to read and understand technical reports);
