We have a rare opportunity for a Head of Growth to join our Amsterdam-based team — someone who brings a founder mentality, a sharp commercial instinct, and the curiosity to experiment with new markets, channels, and ways of selling. You'll own our go-to-market function, lead outbound growth, and help us redefine how international talent finds their place in the world.

The role

We’re looking for a Head of Growth to build and scale our go-to-market function from the ground up. This is a hands-on commercial leadership role that is perfectly suited for someone with a strong track record who brings a founder mentality and combines strong sales execution with AI Fluency and a strategic GTM thinking.

You’ll own outbound growth, experiment with new markets and channels across Europe and beyond, and help shape how we position, sell, and scale the business internationally.

The Responsibiliites

Build and scale our GTM function

Develop and execute our go-to-market strategy across key international markets
Identify new growth opportunities, ICPs, verticals, and expansion markets
Build scalable outbound and pipeline generation processes
Run structured GTM experiments across messaging, channels, and regions
Help define positioning, pricing, feedback loops, and sales playbooks

Own commercial growth

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities
Work closely with founders on strategic partnerships and enterprise deals
Improve conversion rates across the funnel using data and experimentation
Use CRM and reporting tools to track performance and insights

Lead by example

Manage and mentor a small commercial/growth team
Help hire and onboard future GTM talent
Create a high-performance, collaborative sales culture
Introduce structure, processes, and clear KPIs

Collaborate cross-functionally

Work closely with product, ops, and customer success teams
Bring customer feedback into product and positioning discussions
Align GTM activities with company growth priorities

Optimise Our GTM efforts using AI

Manage and optimise workflows end-to-end using AI
Build insight, enriching and outbound frameworks using AI, without losing quality
Empower team to use AI and stay in the forefront of GTM with AI

About you

Experience

Strong track record in growth and GTM
3+ years of experience in a relevant Sr. AE or BDM role
Experience selling internationally, ideally across Benelux, UK, and DACH
Proven track record of outbound sales and revenue generation
Experience building processes or new commercial initiatives from scratch
Previous B2B startup or scale-up experience is highly preferred
Excellent English communications skills
Sales Experience in other European markets is a great advantage

Skills

Strong commercial and strategic thinking
AI fluency - the ability to deploy AI in all facets of the sales lifecycle
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and moving fast
Analytical mindset with a strong experimentation approach
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Hands-on mentality: willing to both strategize and execute

Nice to have

Experience building or managing small sales teams
Experience with SaaS, global mobility, relocation, HR tech, or B2B services
Additional languages, eg Dutch, German or French language
B2B GTM experience Asia, US & Middle East.
