Sinds 2014 brengen wij Vietnamees streetfood naar festivals en evenementen in Nederland en België. In de wintermaanden verzorgen we bedrijfscatering en staan we op beurzen. Daarnaast hebben we een vaste open keuken in de Down Town Gourmet Market in Eindhoven. Ons team is het kloppend hart van Vietnamama. Als de crew happy is, volgt de rest vanzelf.

As a foodtruck & catering crew member, you are the face of Vietnamama. You cook, roll, bake and serve food right in the middle of the festival crowd. You help with set-up when needed, work full festival days and wrap up together with the team. Presentable, enthusiastic and not afraid of a fast pace? Then you might be the person we’re looking for.
Since 2014, we have been serving Vietnamese street food at festivals and events across the Netherlands and Belgium. During the winter months, we focus on corporate catering and trade fairs. We also run a permanent open kitchen at the Down Town Gourmet Market in Eindhoven.
Our team is the heart of Vietnamama. When the crew is happy, everything else follows.
Cook, roll, bake and serve food
