What you’ll be doing
You’ll gain hands-on experience in both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable:
Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Create and send invoices to customers
- Track incoming payments
- Support monthly closing activities
- Assist with VAT and reporting
Accounts Payable (AP)
- Process supplier invoices and expenses
- Support payment runs
- Keep financial data organized and accurate
- Assist with audits
What we’re looking for
We don’t expect you to know everything — we’ll teach you.
Requirements
- Recently graduated (0–2 years experience, internships count)
- HBO degree (or similar), preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Business
- Basic Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Good English skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
You’ll do well if you are:

- Proactive and not afraid to take initiative
- Reliable and structured in your work
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, practical environment
Nice to have
- Any finance, AP/AR, or internship experience
- Dutch or Chinese language skills
