Are you an enthusiastic and welcoming team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment?
Vegan Temple Bar is looking for a Front of House / Service Staff member to deliver an excellent guest experience. You will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in creating a warm atmosphere and smooth service. Previous hospitality experience is a plus, but a strong service mindset and positive attitude are most important.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders and process them accurately in the system
- Serve food and beverages according to our quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organised front-of-house area
- Handle guest questions, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth service
- Contribute to a positive, energetic atmosphere in the restaurant
Requirements
- Experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus, not required
- Strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
- Able to work in a busy, high-pressure environment
- Team-oriented and flexible (evenings and weekends)
- Friendly, energetic, and service-focused attitude
