Supervise and coordinate CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural) construction activities on site.
Manage contractors and subcontractors, ensuring safe and efficient execution of works.
Monitor quality, progress, and compliance with project specifications and standards.
Coordinate resources, equipment, and materials required for construction activities.
Ensure HSE requirements are implemented and maintained on site.
Prepare progress reports and support the resolution of technical issues.

Degree or Technical Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial construction projects.
At least 5 years of experience as a CSA/Civil Supervisor on large EPC projects.
Mandatory experience in LNG, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refining, Energy, or Heavy Industrial projects.
Proven experience with earthworks, excavations, foundations, concrete structures, underground utilities, and industrial infrastructure.
Good knowledge of international construction standards and codes.
Experience working in multicultural project environments.
Strong leadership, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent English.
