We are now looking for a Medior Project Manager to join our Project Management team in the Netherlands.
YOUR ROLE
This is more than keeping project plans and status reports up to date. You will have real ownership of your projects, work directly with customers and coordinate multidisciplinary teams from planning through successful delivery.
You will:
- Manage assigned industrial automation projects or workstreams independently
- Own scope, budget, timelines, risks and delivery
- Act as the day-to-day contact for customers and manage expectations and changes
- Coordinate Sales, Engineering, Delivery, Support, Finance and external stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and take corrective action when needed
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies and change requests
- Lead project meetings and ensure actions are followed through
- Ensure successful testing, documentation and customer handover
- Contribute to continuous improvement and lessons learned
WHAT YOU BRING
- 3–5 years of Project Management experience
- Experience in a technical, industrial or manufacturing environment
- Experience managing timelines, budgets, risks and stakeholders
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills
- Good understanding of industrial automation and/or manufacturing
- Knowledge of PRINCE2, Agile or Waterfall/Hybrid methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Industrial Automation or a related field
- Fluent Dutch + English
PRINCE2 Practitioner, Agile PM or PMP certification is a plus.

THE WORKING MODEL
Hybrid – Netherlands, with regular travel to the office and customer locations, typically 1–3 days per week depending on project needs.
Occasional industrial site visits and flexibility during key phases such as testing and commissioning may be required.
