Store Manager (m/f/d)
full-time, starting 01.09.26
Your responsibilities with us
Managing the store from a business perspective
Providing intensive, service-oriented customer care and actively promoting sales
Leading, coaching, and motivating the entire store team, including training new employees
Serving as a role model for employees, as well as managing staff scheduling and vacation planning
Inventory management, including reordering merchandise and monitoring incoming shipments
Working closely with the Area Manager and headquarters
Implementing sales-promoting activities
Requirements
Ability to work well in a team and leadership experience
Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
Fluency in English is required; German language skills are a plus but not mandatory
Talent for leading and motivating a team
Strong service orientation and sales skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire others
Organizational skills and a very good understanding of numbers
Above-average commitment
Passion for fashion and trends
