We are looking for a Graduation Intern – Data Lake & AI Platform Development
Are you passionate about Data Engineering, Cloud technologies, and Artificial Intelligence? Do you want to help build a platform that will serve as the foundation for future AI-driven services within CGI?
Within GTO Managed Services, we are developing a Data Lake platform that centralizes data, documentation, and knowledge from various sources. The goal is not only to store and manage information but also to make it accessible through AI-powered solutions that can help users find answers, gain insights, and improve operational efficiency.
As part of your graduation assignment, you will contribute to the design and implementation of this Data Lake while exploring how AI agents can leverage the available information to answer knowledge-based questions.
Key Responsibilities
Data Lake & AI Platform Development
- Contribute to the design and implementation of a scalable Data Lake platform.
- Investigate how data from multiple sources can be integrated and managed efficiently.
- Enable the ingestion and accessibility of documentation, knowledge repositories, and operational data.
- Research and develop AI-powered capabilities that allow users to ask knowledge-based questions.
- Explore technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Support the development of secure, scalable, and maintainable data architectures.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Architects, and AI specialists.
- Translate research findings into practical recommendations and working solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
Data Engineering, Cloud & AI
- Strong interest in Data Engineering and modern data platforms.
- Affinity with cloud technologies, preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, and data integration concepts.
- Interest in Artificial Intelligence, knowledge management, and intelligent search solutions.
- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
