At CAN Personeelsdiensten, you are much more than just a recruiter. You are the main point of contact for both our temporary employees and our clients, ensuring that everything is organized from start to finish.
Every day, we work with a large group of international workers employed by our clients in sectors such as logistics, production, horticulture, and industry. Most of our temporary employees come from Bulgaria, Turkey, and Romania, but we also work with Dutch and English-speaking employees. This is why strong communication skills and the ability to speak multiple languages are a great advantage in this role.
What will you do?
No two days are the same. You will be the connection between our employees, clients, and internal organization.
Your responsibilities include:
- Recruiting and selecting new employees.
- Conducting interviews and intake meetings.
- Visiting clients and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Supporting and guiding temporary employees during their assignments.
- Conducting HR, performance, and absence-related meetings.
- Planning and coordinating personnel schedules.
- Solving daily staffing and operational challenges.
- Maintaining close contact with both clients and temporary employees.
- Managing personnel administration and employee records.
You will regularly travel to visit clients and employees, which is why a valid driver's license (Category B) is required.

Who are we looking for?
You enjoy working with people from different cultures, remain calm under pressure, and can easily manage multiple tasks at the same time. You are organized, proactive, and solution-oriented.
In addition, you have:
- MBO+ or Bachelor's level working and thinking ability.
- Strong communication skills.
- A valid Category B driver's license.
- Good command of Dutch, English, Turkish, and Bulgarian. Knowledge of Romanian is considered an advantage.
- Experience within the staffing or recruitment industry is a plus, but not required.
- A flexible, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and a high sense of responsibility.
