in. As Product Manager – IP Portfolio, you take ownership of our product portfolio and play a key role in shaping,
improving, and expanding our offering. You support Sales and connect market needs, technology, and commercial
opportunities, translating them into product development proposals that make a real impact.
What you'll be doing?
In this role, you are responsible for the performance and development of our product portfolio IP (Industrial Products).
You ensure it stays relevant, competitive and aligned with market demands and our company strategy.
Your main responsibilities:

Overall responsibility for the product portfolio, including ownership of the full product lifecycle, performance,
and continuous development -
Manage and maintain a competitive, up-to-date, and commercially relevant portfolio

Support the development and execution of product roadmaps aligned with market needs and company strategy

Identify customer and market needs and translate these into clear product requirements for new developments

Define and safeguard product positioning, including differentiation and value proposition

Support Sales and Marketing with product positioning, value propositions, and product launches

Conduct market and competitive analysis, translating insights into improvements and new opportunities

Develop and deliver product training for internal teams and external partners

Oversee the creation and maintenance of technical and commercial product documentation, including price
lists
You work closely with Sales, Marketing and R&D, and act as the link between market insights and product
development.
What you bring to the table? -
HBO+/WO level, preferably in a technical field

Additional knowledge of product management & experience in PM is a plus

Experience with product development and working in an international environment is a plus

Commercial and market-driven: understands customer needs and translates them into solutions

Technically minded: able to work closely with R&D and engineering
