French Customer Service Representative

We are a fast-growing online webshop based in Eindhoven, specializing in Korean skincare and makeup products. We are currently looking for a French-speaking Customer Care Representative to join our team and help us deliver an outstanding experience to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Support is only provided via email and chat (no phone calls)
- Providing excellent customer service to French-speaking clients through various channels, including email, live chat, and social media.
- Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Managing and processing customer orders and returns.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Keeping up to date with product knowledge and staying informed about the latest trends in skincare and cosmetics.
Requirements:
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken); Dutch is optional.
- Prior customer service experience or education in this field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Open to working Saturday shifts.
- Able to commute to work in Eindhoven.
- Problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Familiarity with skincare and cosmetics is a plus.

Pay: €2.550,00 - €3.100,00 per month
