Admin Employee Operations B: Process Control - Venray 1

YOUR ROLE
As Admin Process Control, you are responsible for determining the division of work in which expected and incoming orders from our customer must be processed. You translate these orders into concrete picking tasks for the warehouse team. With your Excel knowledge, you know which orders need priority and you are able to monitor progress while keeping a clear overview.
Together with the (Assistant) Warehouse Supervisor(s), you ensure that the day runs as smoothly as possible. You also communicate with other departments and transport carriers about order flows, planning and priorities, and prepare the necessary documents and schedules. Your daily tasks will look as follows:
Translate expected and incoming customer orders into concrete picking tasks;
Proactively pick up and correct disrupted orders;
Prepare and execute special orders;
Communicate with transport carriers about planning, planning changes and operational priorities.
WHERE WILL YOU WORK?
You will become part of our Operations Support Team, consisting of Customer Service, Inventory Control and Process Control. The atmosphere within the team can best be characterized as informal and professional. Together you provide the right support for the Warehouse team and make an important contribution to our logistics services to the customer. You report directly to the Office Supervisor.

An MBO or higher working and thinking level
Knowledge of logistics processes
You work accurately and can easily keep an overview
Excel knowledge and skills
A good command of the English language

A gross monthly salary between € 2.720 and € 3.521 plus 8% holiday pay (classification depending on, among other things, your work experience and level of education);
