About the Role
As an Allround CNC Machinist, you'll be responsible for setting up, operating, and optimizing CNC machines to manufacture high-quality components that meet exact specifications. Working within a modern machining environment, you'll perform machining operations, conduct quality inspections, troubleshoot production issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
This position operates in a two-shift schedule:
- 05:30 – 14:00
- 14:00 – 22:30
Your expertise will directly contribute to the quality, reliability, and performance of NOV's products while helping us maintain world-class manufacturing standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines to manufacture components to specification
- Read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and machining programs
- Select and adjust tooling, cutting parameters, feeds, and speeds
- Perform turning, milling, boring, drilling, and tapping operations
- Conduct in-process inspections using precision measuring equipment
- Monitor machining performance and make adjustments as required
- Complete machine changeovers and setup activities
- Troubleshoot machining and equipment issues
- Accurately complete production and quality documentation
Contribute to continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives

Qualifications
Essential Requirements
- MBO-level technical education or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a CNC machining environment
- Experience setting up and operating CNC machines
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manufacturing documentation
- Knowledge of machining tolerances and precision measuring equipment
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
Preferred Requirements
- Experience with Mazak machines and Mazatrol controls
- Experience modifying or optimizing CNC programs
- Experience working with inch-based drawings and measurements
- Exposure to multiple machining processes including turning and milling
- Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives
Previous mentoring or training experience
