We are currently looking for a Restoration Planning Assistant.
As a Restoration Planning Assistant you play a key role in keeping our restoration department running smoothly. You are the person who ensures everything is organized behind the scenes, allowing our restoration, photography and logistics teams to work efficiently.
From ordering restoration materials and tracking deliveries to preparing our weekly photography schedule and monitoring the progress of every item, you make sure nothing is overlooked.

You are:
- Highly organized: You naturally create structure and can manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proactive & assertive: You take initiative, communicate clearly and aren't afraid to follow up with colleagues to keep projects on schedule.
- Responsible & detail-oriented: You take ownership of your work, handle valuable design pieces with care and ensure every detail is accurate.
- Hands-on mentality: You're happy to jump in wherever needed, whether that's administrative planning or practical support.
- Technical affinity: You're handy, technically minded or have previous technical experience.
- Passion for design: You have an appreciation for furniture, interiors and exceptional design.
- Language: You are fluent in English. Dutch is a strong plus.
- Availability: You are available for a full-time position (40 hours per week).
Your responsibilities:
- Ordering restoration materials and supplies and tracking the orders.
- Managing purchasing invoices.
- Assisting with the planning and preparation of our weekly photography schedule.
- Checking that all items are restored and ready according to schedule.
- Managing item data and tracking the location and status of every piece throughout the restoration process.
- Providing practical support to our photography team whenever needed.
- Supervising the preparation of furniture for storage.
