As our After Sales specialist, you’ll be the go-to person for Clients after their purchase. You’ll ensure every issue is handled with care and professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities for great service.
Your responsibilities include:
- Handling returns, warranty claims, and service inquiries
- Communicating with customers via email and phone
- Coordinating repairs and replacements with suppliers
- Managing service cases in our system
- Identifying recurring issues and suggesting improvements
- Collaborating closely with our logistics and customer support teams
- Comfortable with handling and lifting heavy packages.
Who You Are
- A strong communicator with a customer-first mindset
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, (Big advantage Chinese and/or Dutch)
- Experienced in customer service or after sales
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Tech-savvy and passionate about consumer electronics
- Available for at least 32 hours per week
