The role requires a minimum of four business days per week on-site at HQ to foster team energy, enable effective co-creation, support hands-on coaching, and strengthen collaboration with project teams and business stakeholders.
As our Retail Media Specialist, you do. You turn our screen network into a commercial channel that performs as hard as our members do: booked, on-brand, on time, every single day.
You own narrowcasting as a commercial channel within Urban Gym Group. That means running the screen network across all our brands, owning ad ops end to end, selling and reporting to advertisers, and making sure internal content goes live on time and in the right clubs. You’ll work closely with Sales, Partnerships, Marketing and Brand, and report directly to the Head of Partnerships & Events.
Key responsibilities:
- Ad ops: Traffic advertising campaigns in the narrowcasting system, from delivery to go-live.
- Check creative specs and formats before every placement and manage inventory and the flighting calendar.
- QA every campaign before and during go-live, including proof of play.
- Management & operations: Run the narrowcasting platform day to day: content planning, rollout to clubs, technical troubleshooting.
- Be the first point of contact when something breaks.
- Partner management & acquisition:Maintain relationships with existing advertising partners, actively win new ones, and translate the value of the network (reach, visibility, engagement) into a strong commercial proposition.

You:
- Experience in ad ops, trafficking or campaign management in media, retail media or DOOH.
- Ideally 1-2 years of experience; but if you’re just starting out, that’s not a dealbreaker. We’re building this from scratch, so it’s a chance to learn it right from day one.
- A head for data and reporting; you’re at home in Excel. BI tools like Power BI are a plus, not a must.
- Sharp planning skills and real precision in execution.
- A commercial mindset; you’re comfortable dealing directly with advertisers.
- Strong relationship management skills; you build and maintain partnerships and know how to spot and win new ones.
- Sharp insight into the value of retail media/DOOH for advertisers (visibility, reach, engagement), and the ability to translate that into a proposition tailored to each partner.
- Self-sufficiency. You take ownership of management and operations without anyone checking in on you.
- Experience with CMS or narrowcasting software is a strong plus.
- Fluent in English, spoken and written; this is our working language.
