A growing Health Tech company is expanding fast into the DACH market and needs an experienced Recruiter to get up to speed immediately. You'll own a portfolio of 4–6 active roles, with DACH Account Executives as the immediate priority. This is sourcing-heavy work in a high-stakes environment where stakeholder management and funnel discipline matter just as much as finding great candidates.
What you'll be doing
✨ Driving end-to-end recruitment for 4–6 roles, primarily focused on DACH sales profiles (Account Executives and a Sales Director).
✨ Taking ownership of sourcing.
✨ Managing senior stakeholders, including the CEO.
✨ Assessing candidates deeply on soft skills and self-reflection.
✨ Keeping the process tight, structured, and moving.
Who we're looking for
✅ An experienced recruiter with a track record in commercial or sales hiring.
✅ Someone who knows how to push back on stakeholders with confidence and warmth.
✅ Strong on sourcing: you don't wait for inbounds, you go find people.
✅ A network in DACH sales is a real plus, but not a dealbreaker.
✅ Comfortable being in the office around 2 days per week.
