About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Specialist to support daily sales operations and customer-related processes within the Commercial function.
This role focuses on supporting sales execution, maintaining accurate customer data, coordinating order and account-related activities, and ensuring smooth internal processes that enable business growth.
The role is ideal for someone who is organized, responsible, and interested in developing within a sales-driven and customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Operations & Customer Management
- Maintain and update customer information across internal systems to support sales activities.
- Support Key Account (KA) related processes, including order placement, app activation, warranty activation, and other sales-related workflows.
- Assist in tracking order status, ensuring timely processing and delivery coordination.
- Ensure all customer and sales-related documentation is properly recorded and maintained.
- Provide basic support to the sales team in daily operations and customer follow-ups.
2. Sales Governance & HQ Support
- Support HQ reporting requirements, including sales-related reports, major sales event records, ESG data collection, and internal control documentation.
- Assist in preparing and submitting internal approval documents related to sales activities.
- Handle system and account access applications to support sales operations.
- Ensure all sales processes comply with internal control and company policies.
3. Fleet Administration Support
- Maintain fleet registration records and related documentation.
- Support vehicle model addition and deletion processes.
- Coordinate internal application procedures, transportation arrangements, and vehicle registration follow-ups.
- Assist with periodic fleet inventory checks.
4. General Support
- Provide administrative and operational support to the team.
- Assist in coordinating cross-functional communication to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken).
- Strong attention to detail and structured working style.
- Responsible, organized, and comfortable handling routine tasks.
- Ability to work in a compliance-driven environment.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
