We are looking for a junior recruiter / recruitment assistant to support our recruitment team at our headquarters in Alkmaar. In this part-time role, you will help us find, contact and guide new talent for our beauty, fashion and luxury projects across the Benelux.
You do not need to know everything yet. What matters most is that you are proactive, structured, communicative and excited to learn the tricks of the recruitment trade.
We are ColorCrew: the go-to agency for promotions, retail staffing and events in beauty, fashion and luxury. We work for prestigious brands such as Chanel, Stanley, NARS and Charlotte Tilbury, and every week around 200–300 people represent our clients in department stores, perfumeries, airports, events and pop-up locations across the Benelux.

As a junior recruiter / recruitment assistant, you will support our recruitment team in the day-to-day hiring process. You will help us keep the process moving, make sure candidates receive a warm and professional experience, and support the team in building a strong talent pool.
Your work may include:
- Searching for potential candidates through our recruitment tools and platforms.
- Contacting candidates by phone, email or message to introduce ColorCrew and our open roles.
- Scheduling interviews and following up with candidates.
- Supporting the recruitment team with screening, shortlisting and administrative tasks.
- Helping to write and post job advertisements.
- Keeping our recruitment system up to date.
- Supporting the planning and coordination of our French-speaking crew.
- Working closely with recruiters, account managers and other colleagues to understand what kind of talent we are looking for.
- Thinking along about creative ways to attract new talent.
You are at the start of your career and interested in recruitment, HR, hospitality, beauty, fashion, retail or people-focused work. You like being in contact with different people and you enjoy working in a lively office environment.
You bring:
- Excellent communication skills in French. Dutch is a plus.
- A friendly, professional and proactive attitude.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage several tasks at the same time.
- Confidence in contacting people by phone or message.
- Curiosity about recruitment, talent sourcing and candidate experience.
- A team-player mindset.
- Basic digital skills and willingness to learn recruitment tools and systems.
Previous recruitment experience is welcome, but not required. We are happy to teach you.
- A part-time role from from 8 to 24 hours per week.
