Coaching im Store: Du unterstützt das Team, erklärst unsere Visual-Standards und stellst sicher, dass sie im Alltag gelebt werden.

Dein Bildungsweg: Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Dekoration oder Visual Merchandising und bringst Erfahrung auf der Verkaufsfläche mit.
Deine Stärken: Kreativität, ein sicheres Gespür für Mode und Trends sowie ein strukturiertes Vorgehen zeichnen Dich aus. Du kombinierst ästhetisches Feingefühl mit einer klaren Arbeitsweise.
Dein Profil: Du bist serviceorientiert, gehst aktiv auf Menschen zu und übernimmst gern Verantwortung. Eigeninitiative, Engagement und eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität runden Dein Profil ab.
