CloudScaler Technologies B.V. is looking for a BIM Coordinator / BIM Engineer to support large-scale multidisciplinary engineering projects in the Netherlands. About the Role
As a BIM Coordinator / BIM Engineer, you will help ensure that engineering data, 3D models and digital workflows are accurate, structured and accessible throughout the project lifecycle. You will work closely with engineering teams, modelers, data specialists and client stakeholders to support high-quality digital project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate BIM processes and multidisciplinary 3D model information.
- Work with tools such as Aveva E3D, Tekla Structures, Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360.
- Support model exchange, model reviews, clash coordination and issue tracking.
- Maintain BIM process documentation, model standards and project information requirements.
- Support IFC export/import, interoperability and model/data exchange workflows.
- Monitor model quality, data consistency and compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, MEP and specialist engineering teams.
- Extract and analyse engineering/model data to support project delivery.
- Contribute to improving digital workflows, automation and BIM standards.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in BIM coordination, BIM engineering, digital engineering, information management or 3D model coordination.
- Hands-on experience with Aveva E3D is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of Tekla Structures, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360, IFC, CDE or ISO 19650 is an advantage.
- Experience in offshore, oil & gas, energy, industrial, plant, infrastructure or multidisciplinary engineering projects is preferred.
- Strong understanding of model coordination, model quality checks and engineering data workflows.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
- Structured, detail-oriented and quality-focused approach.
- Interest in digital transformation, automation and BIM innovation.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Python, scripting, Dynamo or automation.
- Knowledge of Reference Data Management, engineering databases or digital twin workflows.
- Experience with client-facing BIM or information management responsibilities.
