- Pick items from warehouse shelves based on order lists or scanner instructions
- Ensure correct products, quantities, and batch numbers are selected
- Pack and prepare items for dispatch safely and accurately
- Label and organize orders as per shipping requirements
- Check product quality and report damaged or missing items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the picking area
- Follow warehouse safety and handling procedures
- Assist with stock checks and inventory counting when required
- Meet daily picking targets and deadlines
