Unicorn Hospitality Services is looking for an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Team Leader to support our growing portfolio of hotels and serviced apartments across Amsterdam.

As a Housekeeping Team Leader, you will lead and support our housekeeping teams across multiple locations, ensuring our clients receive outstanding service and every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay.
What you'll do
- Lead, motivate and support housekeeping teams across different hotel and serviced apartment locations.
- Carry out room and public area inspections to ensure high cleaning and presentation standards are consistently met.
- Ensure rooms are ready on time for guest arrivals and daily operational deadlines are achieved.
- Provide on-the-job training, coaching and guidance to housekeeping team members.
- Support the team with cleaning duties whenever required.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and health & safety.
- Work closely with hotel management and clients to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Handle guest requests and resolve any housekeeping-related issues professionally.
- Help create a positive, supportive and motivated working environment.
- Travel between our client locations across Amsterdam as required.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a housekeeping supervisory or team leader role within hotels or serviced apartments.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- A hands-on approach with the willingness to support the team whenever needed.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Professional, reliable and able to work well under pressure.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays when required.
- Willingness to travel between multiple locations across Amsterdam.
