Floor Manager – EVO Pizza-Café (Den Haag)
EVO Pizza-Café is looking for an experienced and motivated Floor Manager to join our team.
At EVO, hospitality, quality and attention to detail are at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for someone who can lead the front-of-house team, create a great guest experience and help us continue to grow.
Your responsibilities
- Managing the daily front-of-house operations
- Leading and motivating the service team
- Ensuring excellent customer service
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization
- Handling reservations and guest requests
- Assisting with staff training and development
- Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
What we are looking for
- Previous experience in hospitality and team management
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to stay calm and organized in a busy environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Fluent English required (Dutch is a plus)
- Positive attitude and attention to detail
