Description
To celebrate a music release, we are organising a release party in Amsterdam on Friday 26 June. The event will host 50–100 guests from 8:00 pm until midnight. We are looking for an Event Coordinator to manage the event from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Source and book a venue (bar or event space for 50–100 people, with music permitted until midnight)
- Arrange the sound system and DJ equipment
- Manage the guest list, send invitations, and track RSVPs
- Coordinate branding and venue dressing (artwork will be provided)
- Arrange a photographer/videographer
- Negotiate drinks arrangements with the venue
- On the night itself: oversee set-up, act as the main point of contact, and manage breakdown afterwards
Candidate Profile
- Experience organising events, preferably in music, nightlife, or hospitality
- Self-motivated, proactive, and an excellent communicator
- Available approximately 20 - 30 hours per week for 3 weeks, starting immediately
- Available on the evening of Friday 26 June
- An interest in music would be an advantage

- €25 - 30 per hour, depending on experience
