Skills, knowledge, experience required:
- A Bachelor's degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline and 4 years post-related experience;
- Previous experience in Project/Organisational Change Management frameworks and projects;
- Experience in leading complex projects/teams successfully.
Duties/role:
- Acting as the NATO Enterprise Change Manager for two large-scale ICT change projects within NATO;
- Defining strong governance and ways of working around how change managers will consult and integrate into project teams;
- Creating a comprehensive change management plan for the project in consultation with the project manager.
