Title: Product Owner Software Solutions
Time Commitment: Full-time, Part-time possible
Commencement Date: ASAP
Salary: €55,000 – €70,000 gross per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Term: One year contract with intention to extend to indefinite
Location: Amsterdam and hybrid, Netherlands
This role will report to the Software Solutions Services Manager and support the delivery, onboarding, coordination, and growth of H2 Compliance’s software and Digital Product Passport (DPP) activities.
The primary focus of this role is to support the successful delivery, onboarding, and growth of our Digital Product Passport (DPP) services, while also supporting related software initiatives where required.
The role will work across software development, compliance, client management, and operational teams to help ensure projects, onboarding activities, deployments, documentation, and follow-up actions are progressing as expected.
The successful candidate will support internal teams, developers, clients, and Landbell Group stakeholders with project coordination, testing follow-up, documentation, onboarding activities, and general operational support related to software and DPP initiatives.
The position offers exposure to innovative digital compliance solutions, sustainability-focused initiatives, and international client projects across chemical, environmental, and circular economy sectors.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Support the successful delivery, adoption, and growth of H2 Compliance's software solutions, with a focus on DPP services, working closely with clients, developers, regulatory experts, sales teams, marketing teams, and Landbell Group stakeholders.
- Coordinate DPP and software projects by maintaining project plans, timelines, risks, actions, and follow-up activities to ensure deliverables progress successfully and on schedule.
- Organise and coordinate internal and external meetings, workshops, demonstrations, and client sessions, including preparation of agendas, meeting notes, and action tracking.
- Support client onboarding and implementation activities, including planning, data collection and validation, onboarding materials, training coordination, and go-live preparation.
- Act as a key point of contact for day-to-day customer success activities, helping clients maximise value from DPP and software solutions while ensuring actions and requests are followed through to completion.
- Gather client requirements, capture feedback, document enhancement requests, and support the continuous improvement of DPP services and software solutions.
- Support software testing, deployment, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities by coordinating feedback, tracking issues, and following up on fixes and enhancements.
- Prepare and maintain proposals, presentations, training materials, user guides, product documentation, and other client-facing or internal materials to support DPP and software initiatives.
- Support the commercial growth of DPP and software services through demonstrations, proposal preparation, conference activities, opportunity follow-up, and identification of potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Contribute to marketing activities, conference preparation, process improvement initiatives, and the development of scalable ways of working to support the continued growth of DPP and software solutions.
These tasks are not exhaustive and it is expected that your responsibilities will evolve over time, dependent on the needs of the business.
Your Qualifications
- 3-5 years’ experience in project coordination, customer success, software implementation, SaaS solutions, account support or a similar client-facing role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Education in EHS, Compliance, Legal, Environmental Science, Chemistry, Sustainability, and/or a combination of those listed.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities, coordinate multiple activities, and keep information well structured.
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence working directly with clients, internal stakeholders, developers, sales teams, marketing teams, and regulatory experts.
- Ability to work with product, supplier, or compliance data, including basic data validation, tracking information gaps, and maintaining accurate records.
- Confident using common project tracking and documentation tools such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Planner, Teams, or similar tools.
- Experience with SaaS platforms, compliance software, or digital transformation projects is an advantage.
- Experience within product stewardship, EPR, environmental compliance, Digital Product Passport, sustainability, circular economy, textile sector, or other regulatory environments is a plus.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in an international remote/hybrid environment.
