A bachelor’s or master’s degree;

A minimum of 6 years of experience in implementing S/4HANA Service and/or SAP Customer Service (e.g. service order management, preventive maintenance, in-house repairs, field service, etc.);

Experience with CS, SD, CRM Service, Service Cloud, FSM, SAP Field Service Management is a plus;

You have proven ability to lead SAP S4HANA Service projects from start to finish;

Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams throughout the project lifecycle;

Strong awareness of political and cultural dynamics in international projects;

Fluency in English and Dutch.
