Customer Care Representative
We are searching for an experienced Customer Care Representative at our Venray facility.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Do you ensure that customer inquiries, orders, and expectations always come together seamlessly?

Your Role
As a Customer Care Representative, you are the central point of contact for both customers and the internal organization. You ensure a smooth order management process and safeguard that customer agreements and internal execution are aligned.
You take ownership of the collaboration, think in terms of processes, and continuously identify opportunities to improve performance across the chain.
What You Will Do
Order Management and Follow-up

Oversee the end-to-end order process with a clear overview and prioritization, ensuring lead times and delivery reliability

Process and review customer orders and requests, including specifications and delivery dates

Proactively inform customers about progress and changes

Coordinate new product requests with Product Specification

Handle complaints, returns, and rework
Collaboration and Customer Development

Work closely with Planning, Operations, Engineering, and Sales

Align feasible delivery timelines and product specifications (right first time)

Identify and escalate risks and bottlenecks

Actively manage customer expectations and act as a sparring partner for both customers and the internal organization

Identify structural improvement opportunities in customer processes and translate them into concrete optimizations

Support account analysis and contribute to customer development

Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
Technical and Administrative Support

Coordinate and respond to technical customer inquiries and partline requests in collaboration with Product Specification and Engineering

Process technical information, quotations, and internal requests

Work with ERP/CRM systems to ensure accurate and timely order handling

Actively develop knowledge of products and processes

Ensure structured and reliable administration

Required Qualifications:
What You Bring

A bachelor’s degree (e.g., Business Administration)

Approximately 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or account management
-
Experience with order management and ERP/CRM systems
-
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Fluency in both French and English is required
