We are looking for a talented, collaborative and experienced marketing and communications professional to design, develop and execute marketing and communications activities that help grow Accenture's business in The Netherlands, in support of the NLN (Netherlands & Nordics) Growth Strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for positioning Accenture as a leading brand and driving consideration for our capabilities among target clients. In addition, the individual will help strengthen Accenture's presence in the local business community and help position Accenture and its leaders as trusted voices on the topics shaping our clients' future.
Key responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing and communications programs aligned to the NLN Market Unit strategy and Accenture's global priorities. Programs include events and sponsorships, credentials development, digital marketing, media relations and thought leadership initiatives.

Support the development and amplification of Accenture's executive thought leadership.

Play a strategic role in collaborating with other marketing and communications teams, including CRM, Market Hive, Digital Marketing and global marketing teams.

Align global campaigns to local priorities, driving localization, activation and implementation.

Partner with senior business leaders and provide strategic counsel to leadership teams and key stakeholders.

Build and maintain relationships across the Dutch business, media and influencer ecosystem.

Oversee program execution to ensure successful completion in terms of quality, effectiveness, timelines and budget.

Measure and report program performance, providing recommendations to improve effectiveness and business impact.
