Your Role
As our Outbound Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing customer orders and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. You will act as the key link between our customers and our logistics operations.
With a proactive mindset and a keen eye for detail, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly, from order entry to delivery confirmation.
What Will You Do?
Order Management & Shipping Coordination
- Process customer orders every morning to ensure timely shipment
- Send accurate shipping instructions to external warehouses, which handle both shipping and the creation of tracking labels
- Monitor delivery progress and follow up on confirmations (such as Proofs of Delivery (PODs))
- Proactively resolve delivery issues, including delays, incorrect shipments, or missing items
Inventory Management & Data Accuracy
- Support regular inventory checks and follow up on stock discrepancies
- Maintain and update item master data in line with warehouse operations
Process Ownership & Continuous Improvement
- Take ownership of your workflows and suggest improvements to optimize efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across different teams to ensure smooth coordination and communication
What You Bring
- Experience in order processing, logistics coordination, or customer support
- Strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
- Good knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Comfortable working with product data, inventory movements, and delivery schedules
- Strong attention to detail and logical problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
