Do you enjoy leading a team on the floor and creating a great guest experience every day?
We are looking for a hands-on Restaurant Manager who brings structure, supports their team, and helps deliver consistent, friendly service at Blennies.
What matters in this role:
- You are present and involved on the floor with your team
- You support and guide your multicultural team while setting clear expectations
- You bring structure and consistency to service
- You take ownership of the guest experience
- You speak English fluently and any other language is a bonus
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading daily service and supporting your FOH team
- Running short, focused pre-shift briefings
- Coaching team members and helping them improve
- Ensuring smooth service and happy guests
