We are a 57-room boutique hotel located in the heart of Amsterdam, just minutes from Central Station. We are looking for a professional, energetic, and service-oriented Front Office Receptionist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Manage reservations and guest requests.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails.
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
- Provide information about the hotel and local attractions.
- Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure excellent guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Requirements
- Previous hotel front office experience is essential.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Comfortable working rotating shifts, including morning, evening, night, weekends, and public holidays.
- Experience with Oracle OPERA Cloud PMS is a strong advantage.
- Additional languages (especially Dutch, German, or Spanish) are a plus.
