Production Operator – 12-Month Contract
We are recruiting Production Operators to join a leading global pharmaceutical company in Boxmeer on a 12-month contract.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a GMP manufacturing environment where quality, safety and teamwork are key.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production and manufacturing equipment.
- Carry out production, processing and packaging activities.
- Prepare and clean production areas before and after manufacturing.
- Complete production documentation accurately.
- Follow GMP, quality and safety procedures.
- Work to production targets while maintaining high quality standards.
Requirements
- Fluent in both Dutch and English (spoken and written) is essential.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, logistics, food production, pharmaceuticals or medical devices is advantageous.
- Experience as a Production Operator, Machine Operator, Manufacturing Operator, Packaging Operator or Warehouse Operator is beneficial.
- Reliable, detail-oriented and able to follow procedures.

Jouw werkzaamheden
- Bedienen van productieapparatuur.
- Uitvoeren van productie-, verwerkings- en verpakkingswerkzaamheden.
- Voorbereiden en schoonmaken van de productieruimte.
- Correct invullen van productiedocumentatie.
- Werken volgens GMP-, kwaliteits- en veiligheidsprocedures.
- Bijdragen aan een efficiënte en kwalitatieve productie.
Wat breng je mee?
- Je beheerst zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal vloeiend, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Ervaring in productie, logistiek, food, farmacie of medische hulpmiddelen is een pré.
- Ervaring als Productiemedewerker, Operator, Machine Operator, Procesoperator, Verpakkingsmedewerker of Magazijnmedewerker is een pluspunt.
- Je werkt nauwkeurig, bent betrouwbaar en volgt procedures zorgvuldig.
