We are looking for a well-organised and detail-oriented Creative Coordinator to join our Creative team in Amsterdam. From asset management to technology tooling and administration, you will support the processes that keep the engines running behind our creative output.
In this role you will work closely together with senior team members and acting as a reliable hub for the department.

Maintain and organise our media asset management system, ensuring all creative assets are accurately stored, up to date, and accessible.
- Help manage key technology tools i.e. Monday.com, VIDA, and LucidLink, ensuring workflows, documentation and project plans are set up and maintained efficiently.
- Assist with key projects within Creative operations and the wider team.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices and support the collation of contractual documentation.

Demonstrated experience in a coordination role within Media, Streaming, FMCG, or Fashion.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with Monday.com experience is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and committed to keeping work accurate and well organised.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
- A collaborative team player who takes initiative and enjoys being part of a creative environment.
- Must be fluent in English with excellent oral and writing skills. Additional European language capabilities are a plus.
